Cindy W started volunteering with us after she asked for help with a stray dog and hasn’t
slowed down one bit. A former marine and accountant by trade, Cindy does a little of
everything with PtC, including transport, accounting, fostering, and of course, coordinating our
dog spay/neuter program. Cindy and her husband Craig, have three dogs, one cat, and have
called Tiptonville home since 2022.
